He has vast experience in growing and selling high-value crops and field crops, legume seed business and in risk management insurance, commercial banking corporate finance and Treasury, Central banking Non-Bank Financial Institutions Supervision and Regulation, and fixed income investments.

An entrepreneur and serves on the following boards: Board Chairman of Stewards Globe Ltd/Afriseed with a turnover of more US$15 million reaching more than 120,000 small holder farmers, a private Zambian owned seed company, Chairman of the Finance Committee Harvest University Council, Board Chairman of Dominion Commodities Limited, hauled more than 6,000 tons of various agricultural commodities both within and outside Zambia, a private Zambian owned company that deals in logistics, warehousing, food processing and commodities, Board Chairman of Brentwood Works Ltd, a private Zambian owned construction, Board Chairman of Greenbelt Farms Ltd,a private 3,000-hectare (900 hectares irrigated by Centre Pivots) and Board Co-Chairman of ESAngomwile Foundation which deals with philanthropic works. Emmanuel also served on the Interim board to oversee the establishment of the Bank of Zambia Staff Credit Union and Board Chairman of the Audit Committee of Lake Road PTA School.
Emmanuel is a member of the Gideons International since June, 2005 and serves as National Administrator for the National Leadership Team and the Steering Committee and he has served as leader in many church cell groups/home churches, passion to support rural outreach ministries, congregates with Mount Zion Christian centre and a member of the Faith Driven Entrepreneurs Movement.
